MindLBPOP stands for "A Mind Less Bound by the Parameters Of Perfection". This term was made famous by 'The Architect' in the 2003 action, adventure and sci-fi thriller, Matrix Reloaded. It simply means, not perfect, or less obsessed with the state of flawlessness. My interpretation is that nobody is perfect (only God), therefore perfection doesn't exist on Earth.
